We ate here for my birthday eve dinner and shared Firecracker Shrimp, the Mary’s Free Range Half Chicken with garlic puree and a side of roasted brussels sprouts.

I’m not a shrimp fan but THIS was the best firecracker shrimp we have tasted and the sauce on it was *chef’s kiss*.

The chicken was well-cooked and we really dipped that into the red wine demi glaze cause that was so good too!

And the garlic puree which was mashed potatoes with herbs, was so creamy and rich with flavors.

Even for locals, repeated visits never become monotonous, thanks to their constantly innovative culinary approach.
